We have two busy show weekends behind us. On the last weekend of July, we attended the German Winner show in Gelsenkirchen on Saturday. Denny performed above expectations: 1st excellent in juniorclass and best of breed. In the main ring, he was also selected among the top 6 juniordogs of the day and the top 6 in Group 8. With this point from Germany, we can now apply for the title of International Junior Champion. Then we traveled to Luxembourg. At the retriever clubshow, Denny finished 1st in juniorclass and won the title of Luxembourg Junior Champion.
On the first weekend of August, we participated in the double show in Oldenburg, Germany. On the first day, Denny won the juniorclass with 1st excellent. In the main ring, he was among the top 2 junior dogs in group 8 and then among the top 6 junior dogs of all breed groups! On the second day, Denny had to give the honors to his brother Alan. Denny got 2 very good, Alan 1st excellent and best of breed.

Last week Rain Dancer Under the Red Sky passed away, at the age of 13,5 years. Sam was a boy from the litter of Tess and Bink. We wish his owners a lot of strength.

The CAC-show in Hoogeveen on Saturday went very well for us. Denny first won juniorclass with a beautiful report. To our surprise he was then also chosen as best male and eventually even as best of breed! And that at the age of only 9 months. His brother Alan also did very well and got a nice 2U in juniorclass.

Denny and Peggy have been to Vejen in Denmark for 3 shows. We are very happy with the results. Denny won a junior-CACIB, 2 points for Danish juniorchampion and even 2 points for Danish champion. Peggy was out of coat but got the highest qualification on 2 days: excellent with CK. Click here for the complete results.
Besides the shows there was plenty of time to enjoy the countryside, including a visit to the island Romo.

Peggy is Dutch champion! She got her final championshippoint at the international show of KC Oss. Denny was also entered for this show. His last performance in puppyclass was rewarded with a 2nd place and very promising.
