On Thursday we got the sad news that Socks had to be put to sleep. She got suddenly very sick and it turned out that an internal abscess had ruptured. Her pedigreename was Firedrake Under the Red Sky, she was a daughter of Arie and Tess. Socks was going to be 8 at the end of October. It is very tragic that she died so young. We wish her owners a lot of strength, they have given Socks a wonderful life.
