The puppies of Luna and Joppe are three weeks now. They are developing well, the teeth are coming through and they start playing more. Four times a day we give them some puppymilk and after the feeding they can explore the room outside the whelpingbox. For some puppies all that space is a bit scary and others go off on their own. Always interesting to observe the puppies in new situations and see how they react. In the album are new pictures of this week and on the Facebookpage of our kennel you can see a video.
We started to feed the puppies puppymilk because Luna got sick on Tuesday. She couldn't hold food or water and had a fever of 40,5 degrees. We have gone to the vet immediately and she got an injection against the fever, antibiotics and something against the nausea. Because she was so sick she didn't produce milk anymore. Luckily Luna is a bit better today, she has eaten something and the fever is not so high anymore.
