Yesterday the puppies were microchipped by the Dutch kennelclub. They now have a unique identificationnumber; the same number is on the pedigree and in their passport. And each puppy now has a pedigreename. You can see their names in the album with puppypictures and we added them to the Facebookpage of the kennel.
After they were microchipped, the employee took a mouthswab of each puppy. The DNA-material is used to determine if Luna and Joppe are really the parents of this litter. We have this rule since 2014, for us it was the first time that puppies were swabbed. Tinus took pictures of the procedure.
