On September 8th Peggy gave birth to 9 puppies: 4 boys and 5 girls. Sadly one of the boys passed away but the other 8 are doing great. Peggy is a wonderful mom. She is very caring but in a relaxed way. All puppies are spoken for.
The theme of this litter is Sparkling which is a tribute to our Joppe (Manitou's Sparkling Joppe). More pictures of the litter are in this album.

Peggy and Uchù's puppies can be born at any moment. Peggy is doing fine, she is cheerful, eats well and still likes to go outside. When the puppies are born, we always wait and see first. Are all the puppies drinking well, how is the mother doing? Then the people on the waiting list are informed. After that we put a message on the website and social media. We notice that many people are looking forward to this litter. We appreciate that a lot. But your patience will be tested for a few more days.

Last week Whistler (Rainey Under the Red Sky) passed away, at the age of almost 12. A difficult loss for his owners, who miss him a lot.
Whistler loved to cool down in a mountainstream. As a real toller he kept some distance to strangers. But Whistler was very affectionate for the people around him. Until his last days he came for his daily afternooncuddle.

We had to say goodbye to Joppe this week. Words cannot describe how much he meant to us. It was love at first sight when he arrived as a puppy from the US. Joppe was a wonderful dog, enjoyed life to the fullest and got along with everyone. We miss him terribly.

On Friday we went to Gelsenkirchen for the German Winnershow. Splash started in veteranclass. She got 1 excellent and the title German Veteran Winner. Peggy won open class with 1 excellent and was BOS. Not only is she now German Winner, she also qualifies for the title German champion VDH.
